Permanently deletes the rubric comment. This cannot be undone. Deleting a rubric comment will also remove the link between any comments that previously pointed to the rubric comment; these comments will still show custom text and will have their pointDelta field set to 0.

Returns

Successful DELETE requests return empty responses with response code 204.
